Laid Back Atmosphere. Homely feeling. My immediate Boss was very good

Too Laid Back Atmosphere...the top bosses want to be stuck to their seats and the middle and lower management, which is more than 90% from the local city, just wants to delegate work rather than do it. Extremely unprofessional company.
