* Pay is decent for the area * They do offer decent health insurance

Cons

* Coworkers are very "cliquey" including the management * Training is lackluster and most employees admit they have no idea what they are doing. * You are doing the work of at least 3 people at once * They understaff on purpose which puts people at risk, both residents and staff. * Definitely seem more focused on profit than providing care. * Management does not care about you, they won't help you get shifts covered and even when time off is requested in advance they expect you to find coverage.

Seeing the same residents everyday, seeing there happy faces, working with great people.

Cons

Your on your feet sometimes more than 12 hours, being on a time crunch to get things cleaned and done. Sometimes some residents can be mean.
