Interesting clients Some nice people but unfortunately outweighed by the negative experience of others

Toxic culture including people being directly rude to you. Being gossiped about and essentially bullied by long-term staff. HR/Line Management did very little. HR unapproachable and clearly there to protect partners, not general staff. Staff members on a weekly basis would cry at their desks under stress, nothing was ever done to resolve this even when raised with line management/HR. Workload unmanageable and old fashioned. Inadequate and lengthy processes. Never received any constructive feedback or any completed feedback forms from meetings. Due to the firms interesting clientele, they seem to hide behind this instead of dealing with the above. Please think carefully before joining, unless you have an incredibly thick skin, don’t care about how you’re spoken to or about, enjoy being completely stressed and never feel as if you achieve anything.
