Simply nothing. There is nothing good concerning the employees. The co-workers most of them are good and caring. The management is worst.

Cons

No good pay-scale, worst management, no appreciation, no employees will stay there for long period. Job security is zero. If you take leaves then you have committed a crime.

ALL THE REVIEWS ON HERE WERE FORCED BY THE CEO. The worst management styles, no freedom to manage your own team, constantly being micromanaged. If you ever disagree with the CEO, you’re now his enemy. Don’t ever request time off or get pregnant. He will make you feel bad for it. Don’t ask for advancement in the company and especially don’t ask for a raise. You’ll be lied to for years saying “it’s coming in a couple months” Not a place to work.

The only pros is co workers.

Cons

The management is bad, Job security is zero, No salary increment, If you take leave then It will be a black mark. They will deduct PF from your salary but they will not credit on your PF account. One of cheating company. They will not increase your salary if you working long period. Nothing new to learn. It just waste of time to work for them. You can't simply quite from the job if you don't like, But they can simply terminate you if they don't need you!
