This company is full of directors who display racist and xenophobic behavior. They believe they can do whatever they want with their employees, giving them no opportunity to express their opinions or raise concerns. Workers are constantly threatened with mass layoffs, supposedly justified by Trump’s tariffs. In reality, they simply take advantage of this legal loophole to avoid paying severance to people they dismiss without any valid reason, even when they perform their jobs well. They prioritize those who flatter management over those who actually work. It is a toxic company with no future, more focused on appearing organized on social media or in front of visitors than on addressing its real issues. All they do is sweep problems under the rug until the visit is over, only to go back to being the same bad company as always. Everyone knows who the real problem-don.
