Pros

Great training from a great boss who is very engaging and motivating. The GOOD manager/trainer is always there when you need him. Literally in seconds. He is the best thing about the company and only person who says good morning and good night. He is helpful and supportive. Casual dress code - awesome. Great base compensation Great HR

Cons

The WORST office where I have ever worked. No one says good morning, you are expected to work 50-60 hours a week but if you are 5 minutes late when you worked 10 hours the day before, you are written up. There is another manager who is the WORST. He is an insulting, cruel, sexist, angry, pretentious jerk who SAYS "I'm here if you need me", but every time I went to him he was too busy and I lost MANY huge deals because of him not being there. He is a misogonist. Also, the owner is practically invisible. Never around. You work in rooms of an old house with people who could care less about the new people and who use the F word constantly. CONSTANTLY. If you stop by to talk to the other women in the office, it is taboo - there are no office conversations allowed. You are MICROMANAGED. It is a rigid and not pleasant place to work. Bathrooms are co-ed. Not cool or normal.

Pros

coworkers, everyone is helpful If you can sell you'll make extra money Good (not great) benefits

Cons

So many to list!! 1. during the interview they make it sound like this is the greatest place to work. When you get hired you "meet" (most everyone is working remote) with other sales people & they also make it seem like this is a promising opportunity. Well they must be afraid of speaking up, like if they do they'll be reprimanded & that makes sense because once you get your foot in the door management turns & they are negative, they bully you, talk down to you, etc. 2. you are replaceable & they will let you know that almost immediately 3. if you're not in managements favorite person circle you're doomed 4. morale is low & management doesn't care 5. multiple commission plan changes in 6 months that hurt you as a salesperson, it's almost like they want you just at salary. I'm sure I am missing other things. I am just so happy to have left there.
