Working with partners who are alternatively patronizing (especially to women: mansplaining and stealing women's ideas by repeating them louder than women voiced them is relentless and shocking), insulting, interested in what you are saying, or lying to you. You constantly spend your time trying to figure out which is which and what will be next.
Very little sense of strategic direction - is SS+K an ad agency for luxury clients, a social policy or social activation agency, an incubator for ideas, a ....? Or are they simply fishing for any clients or any campaigns they can get? A series of failed and non-failed mergers and partnerships adds to the sense of confusion.
