      Most non-professional work environment ever

      Pros

      My peers were amazing people who made even the most strssful days at SSCG bearable.

      Cons

      I felt that mid-upper management was very "cliquey". Just like in Highschool, If you weren't liked by your supervisors on a personal level, you will not last long.

      Pros

      Pay is decent, location in Soho is pretty nice with beverages stocked in the kitchen when compared to the other Midtown location. Only positives that really stand out.

      Cons

      You don't manage anyone as a manager. Terrible scopes of work are in place with no work life balance. Work from 9 am to 7/8 pm every day where you need to ask permission to leave work, or you will be scrutinized. You will not be able to take your vacation days or even holidays without working during that period.

      You'll make good friends and get a good understanding of the industry

      Cons

      - Upper management is unprofessional, gossipy, immature, and disrespectful (rude, inappropriate remarks and comments)... and they aren't that smart - Upper management have all been there so long they have little to offer in terms of being mentors or teaching new young professionals - most are not intelligent nor do they have experience outside of this very small, very non-innovative agency - Little ability to grow - Most full-time employees are looking to get out or are just plain miserable - Outdated technology, behind the curve in the industry, niche industry (pharma) - Very high turnover and little to no training so lower-level employees are stuck training people all of the time
