      Pros

      At no point was there ever anything positive about working for this “company”.

      Cons

      This company is an absolutely dumpster fire. They provide no resources, training, support, etc and wonder why people don’t visit their properties. Housekeeping and general cleanliness and state of the hotel is absolutely unacceptable.

      only pro is that the management doesn't know what they are doing so you have free range

      Cons

      toxic people. low slave pay and not fair pay some people make more than even the top leaders. horrible benefits. leadership that doesn't know what they are doing and will blame you for their wrongs. reactive management. don't take care of their hotels or their people
