Pros
-The salary always arrived on time -The type of management that managed the job's every day-affairs (the immediate higher-ups) was reasonable -You were given a lot of independence at your post -The job had some perks (free cab rides in the morning and almost free catering)
Cons
-The senior management was implementing daft rules based on their personal whims -No advice was taken from the people actually doing the job on how their job should be structured -The salary was quite meagre considering the amount of extra hours that always went in -The company was so niggardly when compensating for extra hours that getting off one's shift asap became an end in itself, oft reeking havoc on the efficiency of the whole operation
