      Pros

      Good options for work-life balance if you're hourly. A good place for new grads to get experience with GIS before going somewhere else.

      Cons

      Little to no options for career advancement, management prefers to hire outsiders than promote from within. Often given impossible deadlines with no resources. Management more concerned with holding meetings than solving problems.

      The company has some very skilled employees and great products and services to offer to clients.

      Cons

      Senior management does little to ease the strain on employees. Teams are generally over worked. Many Senior managers hire family members over more qualified candidates.
