      Good people, unprofessional, demeaning environment

      Pros

      Work life balance is great. Associates are great, hardworking people.

      Cons

      Senior leadership (planning/warehouse) has zero communication or people skills. One person, one, has created a work environment that is fearful and uneasy with making decisions, performing duties and maintaining communication through departments and to function as a team.

      Pros

      Decent and modern training, on site medical facilities and lunch room. A few of the machine operators I knew seemed happy and almost adequately paid.

      Cons

      Zero opportunity for growth or promotion, sexual harassment and chauvinistic culture among management in shipping dept. Granted, this is mostly a warehouse/factory environment but I was still blown away by how sexist and unprofessional the environment was, very petty and corrupt, would not recommend this environment to anyone.
