      Nice perks, Cibus. But no parking...

      Micromanagement, toxic environment. You will always be reminded there is a sword placed on your throat and the company is always willing to use it. If you make some mistakes - you're out If you move to fast - you're out of Technical management that doesn't know anything technical but still judge you for not "knowing" enough Worst place iv'e seen in the high tech industry in Israel. Stay away, for your health sake.

      * token allocations, but very low

      Cons

      * unorganized managers, who constantly forget what they said * blame others / find a scapegoat culture (teamleads constantly blames other teams) * management never satisfied, no matter how good * management constantly keep developers thinking of being fired * always deadlines and rush
