      Pros

      Management really does take care of its workers whether its a good year or a bad year. Great work culture and diversity which has always honestly been wonderful. Plenty of opportunity and growth.

      Cons

      I think management just needs to do a better job on making the hard decisions that will benefit everyone in the company.

      Lack of flexibility, lack of managers that are suitable for the position. Not all of them, but I see an issue on top management hiring people that are no leaders
