Micromanaging management despite not admitting to it. Inexperienced upper management comes from a retail background and has no idea how to manage people or do their job. Lots of last-minute campaigns and ideas that are stressful, overtime is often expected during busy periods. Upper management makes decisions based on opinions. Decision-making is painful when upper management takes 3 business days to respond to anything. No long-term planning or structure in the business, resulting in very short-sighted decision-making. Many talented people are not being utilised in their jobs.
