      SJ office has great people and environment. If you are eager to learn semiconductors, people will help as they are like a family. Office work is very flexible.

      Cons

      Pay could be more proportional to property and cost inflation Other locations have poor dictatorship management and strict policies. Lot of stress and you will be yelled at even though it's not your fault. Hard to make constructive suggestions to higher management with narrow minds
