Pros

Employees were great people. It was a bit difficult to foster cooperation because of the oppressive culture from management, but a lot of people fought through that to be able to get stuff done well.

Cons

Awful work environment mainly driven by the CEO and culture management create. Have a habit of laying of entire divisions of their company. Do not seem to care about their employees in the slightest.

Pros

Met a few nice coworkers

Cons

HORRIBLE management with LOUSY communication. Job is NEVER what they say it is. NO concern for family/work balance. Mandatory OT and no compensation for it. VERY disappointed in their SUPPOSED Catholic values.

Pros

The company has various start-up companies. They also have a policy that if you leave the company for whatever reason and want to come back, they will accept you back if a position exists. Many companies do not do this.

Cons

They were good to me. I really can't speak to the bad. If you want to make it long term here you need to conform to their way of thinking.
