Pros

* Management is still within reach of those that make them money. * Engineers have most of the tools they need to do their job and learn new tasks. * NO micromanagement!!!! * Customer-first policy means we are rarely asked to do anything that is not in the customer's best interest.

Cons

* Sometimes a lack of direct management leads to lack of time tracking. * Sales staff can sometimes get away with overpromising and expecting miracles from the technical staff.

Pros

fun job everyone enjoyed going to the NFL games.

Cons

Changed our insurance mid year, didn't ask for any input. Took 3 months to get info to new insurance company. We were out of pocket the 3 months. Every week it is something new to put out a fire.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We continuously look for ways to enhance our employee benefits package and decrease the stress associated with Open Enrollment and any plan changes that arise. Unfortunately, changing plans is sometimes inevitable from both a cost and coverage perspective and can be accompanied by delays from the carrier side.

Pros

- Great company culture - No Micromanagement - Great people to work alongside

Cons

- Pay. This is a company that historically underpaid, but is hiring new employees at a much higher rate than the long term employees that helped build the company to what it is. It’s frustrating having been around long enough to see the company grow so much and knowing you should be making a lot more than you are. - HR’s new policies. The new handbook basically turned took the company and corporatized it. It used to be way more laid back, and things were a lot more fun before the new HR representatives came in. - Lack of direction. I don’t know where my department or the company is going anymore. There seems to be a large lack of direction and people are thrown around left and right with no rhyme or reason to it. - Work-life balance. Sometimes there is so much work you feel completely overwhelmed. Other times, you end up sitting and waiting for work. Professional services team is especially bad for this I’ve seen. I know lots of people who work 12+ hours a day across all of the different teams very consistently, and that just seems unreasonable.
