Worked there for a long time with Amazing kids, and good coworkers.

Cons

No training, unsupportive supervisors, non consistent rules, promises to employs by employers that aren’t followed through with, no trust or respect by superiors, unhealthy work place.

-Lack of organization -Administration holds grudges, particularly one newly hired administrator -A lot of unethical practices -Administration is often hypocritical, especially when it comes to policy and dress code. I've seen administration come to work with camel toes -Administration makes fun of staff -A lot of favortisism among staff -Administration lies to staff and parents
