Pros

Learned a lot about finance Salesman are extremely respectful especially for the car industry. A lot of hardworking employees but are always positive (who doesn’t have bad days).

Cons

No life outside of STG at times will only give you one day off. Will not give you a raise regardless if it was promised by upper management. Place is definitely understaffed but understandable it’s a new location. If you call out sick due to being overworked they will ask for a doctors note. There is also favoritism so be careful In the interview they will promise a raise good luck with that.

working here is a learning experience where it's not the knowledge of the car you know, but more on how to speak to people and upsale. This place provided me great experience with auto sales. I had only worked at a small family car lot and here i learned better sales woman skills.

Cons

working almost everyday. long hours and you arent out until the customer either buys or walks. Sometimes you'll even stay there even if its 11pm. Crazy busy place.

Great opportunity to grow, very good working atmosphere you get to know everything about cars and auctions, transportation, online media marketing suggestions always put into management consideration you get to fix your car at discounter labour prices

Cons

Locations too far if you are not a local, if you are not a big fan of cars you won't love it, knowing spanish is so helpful, working hours not flexible Turn over in sale is high
