Pros

Not one thing, I wish that I could give less than a one star.

Cons

This job is one step away from working in a beauty supply store. It is filled with employees who probably need a physiatrist. Very toxic and strange environment.

Fake Jobs - Don't talk to Recruiters!

Pros

None at all - it's mind boggling an organization like this exits - unbelievable.

Cons

Recruiters will contact you about fake jobs, make you go through credentialing, and after 3 months they'll tell you the job is no longer available - they put forth 4 to 5 candidates for every ICE position - don't agree to give them any documents as you will end up investing a lot of your time for months only to realize that even if you get through credentialing you won't have a job. And don't get me started on the benefits - $24,000/year for a family just for medical insurance - enough said. CEO even says that she doesn't care about the families of her workers, so that is why she chooses to charge so much for benefits.

Pros

Some genuinely nice employees who work hard. None of them in executive positions. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Office is nice and building provides shuttle to Metro.

Cons

Staff treated with suspicion and disdain. Executive staff not trustworthy. Smile to your face, stab you in the back. So greedy and dishonest. Announced that they had to layoff staff in an impromptu meeting, saying that they were cutting positions and you would know it was you if management called you for a meeting 10 minutes after the meeting ended. Awful management practices. Many jobs have no job description, no identifiable way to try to get a promotion or criteria to measure your performance. Performance reviews completely subjective.
