      Working here. Seriously. Dont. The team I'm on is conveniently forgotten about all the time. There is no communication; when it does happen, it's too late, and then you have to struggle to meet demand.

      They are very quick to hire, and the pay/benefits are great.

      Cons

      The "family first" thing is nothing more than a sales pitch. They will burn you in a heartbeat if it suits their business model. They have no plan in place to help develop their employees, so any growth that you want needs to happen on your own. They are a company that is growing faster than they know how to manage, so a lot of questions don't have answers, and they have no plan in place.
