Worst in pay , Worst in corporate culture, To many old people . No innovation.. nepotism.

No opportunities for growth or learning. Minimal salary hikes. Strict dress code requiring formals at all times. Senior leadership lacks communication skills and focuses solely on preserving their jobs rather than supporting innovation or new ideas. Leadership is insecure and incompetent, especially within the IT department. I strongly advise against joining the IT team. Other departments might be better, but the IT manager's behavior is particularly toxic. The IT manager is not only technologically incompetent but also exhibits highly unprofessional behavior toward his team. He creates a hostile work environment, preventing any growth or progress within the company. He consistently takes credit for others' work, badmouths his team in front of others, and hides the contributions of his team from management.
