Lively environment, thorough training, respectful management
Cons
I was hired as hostess, and I was told I would be cross trained as a server within a month. This didn’t happen, and clearly wasn’t going to.

Good money Nice co-workers Great food (no free meals unless training though)
Cons
Higher-ups don’t care about you as a person. There are so many investors, so it takes forever for changes to be made. So many closing shifts and turn around to open right after.
