I am sorry that this former employees experience at STL Engineering was short, and this former employee was the first that we terminated. The goals of the company are to hire employees that have the ability to learn and achieve excellent work product. This former employee did not meet the goals of the company. This former employee was the first employee that our company has terminated. In response to taking state money, we very quickly realized that this former employee was not a fit for our company, and he was terminated, long before the state training program was funded out. Regarding the statement that we are contract to contract, is a false statement. We have not been slow for a very long time. This former employee did not have any access to company accounting, and his paychecks were always in his account on payday. We are still looking for good designers and engineers. I
