Firstly, I must say that I have wasted my time by working with this organization. I worked with their Hyderabad offshore office. Here are some cons i have observed:
1. At the time of interview, i was told about all the benefits such as Pension, Medical Health Policy, On time salary, Appraisals etc. But after joining I soon realized that there is nothing. They do not have any policies.
2. I was hired under STLogics or Sahasra Technologies corp but after working for a year I was moved to RADcube as they changed the name of the firm and then was again moved to Nlogix within a span of 3 months and again I was moved Skill Demand. I asked them to provide the transfer letters and they didnt even know what they transfer letters are.
3. There is a disconnect between Offshore and Onshore offices. No one has clarity especially in the operations. They do not provide you with any TOOLS that are important for your daily activities.
4. CEO do not mingle with any of the 30 members working in the offshore office. He just relies on the people who run this firm.
5. There is no departments such as HR, SALES, MARKETING, ACCOUNTS, ADMINISTRATION etc. One has to do multiple things.
6. Senior management is very bad. They treat employees like dogs. They will hire employees and will terminate for no reason.
One can write a book on the cons of this organization.
