Pros

easy process. everyone gets a job.

Cons

one of the worst places ive ever worked. tfl rail line is managed by managers who play favourites. i am pretty sure higher management are corrupt and are paying their way through things as its a shambles on the ground. supervisors and control have no idea what they are doing and are just booking us in to work like animals. splitting shifts to save them money. i dont even think they will know my name. all they care about is smooth talking their clients.

Pros

Free Travel Card and Company BMW

Cons

Long working hours, no bonus, no reward. Security staff always get screwed over. Too many phone calls, not organised, no managers have any sort of qualification, not even A Levels. Dodgy training provided by an immigrant on student visa.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you received a negative experience in your 3 years working with us. I would like to take this time to address some of your comments and hopefully bring some clarification. I agree with your long working hours comment, within the Security and Rail industry it is commonplace for Supervisors to work long shifts, I am sorry this was not for you. You have mentioned there no bonuses or rewards however, have also stated that you received a BMW as a company car. Surely, this was a bonus to the job? We also provide an awards initiative here, which I am sure you would be aware of. Our GEM's awards are given to staff who go the extra mile, all staff who receive this are given a £50 cheque, handed to them from our Managing Director. We provide an ongoing company discount initiative where by, all of our staff can get discounts a major retail stores nationwide, holiday vouchers, discounts on gym memberships to mention a few. I am one of the Managers at head office and can confirm my education is higher than A levels alongside 9 years in the Recruitment industry. I have recruited some of our management team personally and know they also have higher level education. Our training is provided by our Group Training Manager who is born and bred in the North of England. I can assure you that he is not on a student visa. Thank you, I do hope this gives some clarification to your concerns.
