It is small and you can be creative. They are a group of very smart people who, for the most part, want you to succeed. The money is good but the quota's are not reachable.
Cons
It is small and if you are not liked by a few of the main characters, you will not make it long. You can go weeks with out talking to another employee if you do not reach out to them.
