Business outlook
Pros
Good work-life balance. Almost everyone is really nice to work with (nothing bad to say about management). Leadership helps you figure out what general path you want to take in the company by exposing you to the different departments.
Cons
Emphasis on the "almost" everyone is nice to work with from above; one or two people that you have to work with that are toxic to be around makes you not look forward to going to work. My particular gripe is that it's more than likely the same person for everyone at the office I worked at. The out of town work can be a pro for some and a con for others, it was the latter for me.
