      Pros

      Fairly decent pay and unlimited overtime

      Cons

      It's like a rudder less ship constant changes of management who don't have a clue. The only place I've ever worked where you can get paid and also work overtime sleeping. The company had a sex pest now fired in HR Contractors are treated better than permanent staff and sts break the law by employing them all outside ir35 on never ending contracts

      Flexible working hours, plenty of progression opportunities, supportive management, highly skilled workforce from many backgrounds.

      Genuinely cannot think of any cons.

      Pros

      Local and making use of a good facility at Manchester Airport.

      Cons

      It was nothing more or less than I was expecting , due to the people in senior management positions. Very poor overall package, including - Leave entitlement / Sick pay and company pension contributions. Very little investment on resources, considering their future plans. Furthermore, unfortunately the company has adopted the ‘Monarch’ old way of working, which is very unfortunate.
