      Pros

      Good benefits, varaieties of projects, major design and construction company 100years old. Employe owned. Most of the prject managers and engineers are knowledgable, down to earth, normal people.

      Cons

      Layers and layers of senior management including some incompetent senior managers who do very little and can survive only by hiding between these layers.

      AMAZING Continuing Education Reimbursement Benefits- Much better than other similar companies. Employee owned company with stock price that consistently rises

      Cons

      Company puts on a facade of trying to retain employees, while actually doing very little to accommodate their needs and stay competitive with others in the industry

      Most employee unfriendly firm I have ever worked for, bat none. I know, it sounds like sour grapes. It is not.

      They have strong experience and reputation with clients.

      Cons

      They really don’t care about their employees...I know, I was the one fighting for them to be treated fairly. A bunch of power hungry and money hungry narcissists at the top in Manhattan and Philly will have you killing yourself to make them rich, not you.
