      No pros. Morale here is always low.

      Our leaders here at STX Entertainment are too arrogant to communicate with the employees. They never listen to us because their huge egos prevent them from listening to constructive feedback and improving themselves. That's why employee morale here is always low. The leadership is awful and unhelpful.

      Great team culture with supportive and approachable management.

      Cons

      After the ownership change, communication across teams became less consistent and alignment was more challenging. Like much of the entertainment industry, the company went through restructuring and layoffs, which impacted stability and overall morale.
