      Some of the workers are great.

      Cons

      Favoritism, unqualified managers, inconsistent direction, cameras everywhere recording your every word, decisions made without any thought, incredible egos, owner runs around cleaning and snooping on people but tells everyone she’s making strategic decisions which is bull.

      Toxic work environment, no planning and communication, they do not respect their employees knowledge of there job and most of all there is a lot of favoritism.
