-pay is decent enough -tasks aren't difficult -overall goals of company are great including making life easier for employees -employee benefits

-micromanagement -lack of training, not a big deal if you are actually a quick learner -lower management has struggle with evolution of company and doesn't like to implement changes that would make work make more sense
