Cons

Roger the CEO, he has hired & fired 5 spa directors in the few years they have been open, 3 accountants, all of production just last week.

Horrible organization, low pay for the actual amount of work demanded from you, they hire people who are not massage therapists for the role

Elite clientele, celebrity clientele, female workforce.

Cons

Very disorganized management. Days off are not guaranteed, and you are responsible to find your own coverage for days off or holidays. The Ayurvedic “training” they claim to offer is simply on the job shadowing by senior therapists who themselves received shoddy training. The main owner is not a friendly woman, unless you happen to be one of her celebrity clients.
