Cons
The office AC didn't work for more than a month and employees were in the mercy of stand fans within a closed AC construction base. *Fun* Lack of communication/proper management. Zero sense of work life balance. Zero sense of personal space. Incompetent managers. Employees are severely underpaid. Use of crass language time and again leading to a minimum of 70 employees leaving the job in the span of 2 months. The post for "recruiting" always stays on their LinkedIn profile, only makes sense cause no sane person with skills would prefer working here. Looks over everything is their motto. Favouritism is their love language. This has lead to extremely incompetent people sitting in the upper management, some of who post about "s*x dates" on Instagram stories. *Wild*
