      Nothing at all. the only thing is that they might market you if you are going to earn them money.

      Cons

      They are a parasite that sucks money out of employees, forget about paying them. I paid 4000$ for H1B processing to them, they charge you for any H1B application on your behalf which is illegal in US and tell you that they won't pay this back until next 3 years,

      company helps you in placing at client location as soon possible. i was not on bench even for few days after i started here

      salary hike is not that great, do not relocation expenses and benefits are not that great

      I am very proud to announce that I am an employee of svk Systems,Because when I completed my Graduation I was in a mood,how to get a long term project. One day I got a call from SVKsystems that they provide a training and a placement program,then i joined them they had given me a excellent training on my interested technology and they strengthend me.Their marketing was too good. Avoided baseless calls and given me good interviews. I got a project on my 2nd client call. They were very prompt on follow ups...Good company..

      Cons

      For the 1st year they pay only salary.After that they will make it into percentage basis.
