Employee Beware

Pros

Very little overtime, if any. Generally, good atmosphere to work in - peers friendly.

Cons

Ssenior-level (away from leasing office) management too much power without having to answer for it. Allowed for (indirect) bullying. Did not attempt to correct problems left by previous Management companies. Too much insensitivity to residents' needs.

Shady tactics and negative atmosphere.

Pros

There are a few great people to work outside of corporate. Compensation is good for the work they propose but you'll end up doing way more.

Cons

Most RPMs are good, but its all very political and cut throat on the exec level, which is owned by Fortress and CW Capital. Since the management company is newer they say they can't spend anything to get help or start structured programs, stack you with far too much work and no support or resource, then don't stand behind you after you've busted your back getting it done.
