      Work-from-home benefits can't mask poor upper management

      Pros

      You get to work from home on Friday and Monday to get away for all the upper management BS!!

      Cons

      Upper management in certain departments are notorious for talking about the people in their department to others that are lower than management. No confidentiality and some managers (VP status) walk around like they are perfect and will blame their mistakes on people below them.

      Pros

      Positive and fun culture with an inspirational CEO! An executive team that is approachable and cares for their people. The People & Culture Team have made an incredible impact on the employee experience and culture - the recent trainings have been fun and very useful. Town halls have really improved from prior years. Candidates should really consider applying/joining.

      Cons

      While some reviews may comment on the executive team turnover/new leaders joining within the last year - it was the right decision for the company and employees can see the difference. There is always opportunity to enhance benefits.
