Pros

Good idea to form a company offering fab services. The market potential was great.

Cons

Management didn't know what they were doing. Bunch of people out of Cypress without vision got together to form this sinking ship. No wonder they shut down.

Austin facility survived as Novati Technologies Provided a valuable service to local semiconductor start up companies Had a strong management team other than CEO and CFO Had a great location

Cons

CEO and CFO drove the company into the ground. Overly aggressive management style back-fired Highly confrontational culture led by the CEO

Broad level of responsibility / excellent exec and mid-management team / very talented and competent colleagues, especially the engineers. Excellent customer support across all aspects of the engagements. Broad customer base, keeps things interesting. Award winner: DoE / Sunshot Program

Cons

SVTC Technology LLC is the parent company and is not really aligned with the Solar BU. Likely to change in the near future which would be good for the Solar BU.
