      Not the best place, not the worst

      Pros

      3 day weekend. Overtime. Fun people, even some managers are fun. Plenty of work.

      Cons

      Really bad communication, lack of company growth and lack of retaining employees. Product quality has tanked. Too many cooks in the kitchen, too many weird rules. More of a dictatorship than a corporation.

      Pros

      Other employees are very friendly and extremely helpful, the environment is very much what you make of it. Good number of staff have military backgrounds. Friday-Sunday off every week with options for overtime. Yearly holiday bonuses. Nature of work can be fulfilling, won't find a better company to teach circuitry.

      Cons

      Long hours and repetitive work for production workers (test tech, soldering, and inspecting hundreds of boards at once). Troubleshooting & repairing can be very exhausting.
