      Good Company, bad Plant Managing for Malaysia

      Pros

      I have been here for many many years. It was a good organization in the early years.

      Cons

      It turned worst started from 2015 where there is a change of leadership. The current leader turned the operations to worse, got rid of the good management team so he can have final say on his own.
