The only con I can think of is that the branch I was at, Swep North America, is a smaller operation with not a lot of opportunity to move up. In order to promote, you would sometimes have to move to Sweden or be open to relocation and that was not an option for me. The only reason I left was to pursue more career growth, otherwise, they were an excellent company, and I did learn a lot while I was there and had positive interactions with co-workers.
