Great staff on hand and a very relaxed work environment. Flexible hours as long as you get your work done! Everyone is very friendly and willing to help, and as my first professional job I appreciated this very much.

SWISCO was a great place to work. I was given lots of room to innovate and implement new concepts quickly. The owners are committed to the success of the business without being overbearing and micromanaging. It is a great team atmosphere with lots of cross-functional interactions to make sure the company operates efficiently, orders are delivered on-time, and customers are happy. The health/retirement benefits were generous and some of the other fringe benefits like local roast coffee and fresh fruit / snacks in the lounge were always nice. The facility and equipment is new and well maintained. Overall, the work environment is positive and productive. It’s a fast-growing, family-owned company where potential and hard work are recognized.
