Pros

Great office environment, not the usual industrial estate sales floor. Loads of incentives to work towards and great progression.

Cons

- We could use a few more car parking spaces as our overflow is a dirt road by a field and shared with another company. - Having to watch Lee do sit ups when Alan gets a sale.

Lovely small team of people that I have fitted in straight away with. I have only been here 6 months and already had a pay rise and earning commission. It's nice that the things I was promised in my interview have materialized, which is not always the case.
