      Upper management likes to micromanage and if you do not check in with them then you are not doing your job. Passive aggressive harassment Favoritism Need to hire more employees instead of making everyone do 3 peoples jobs No room for growth

Several employees did not even notice their pay adjustments in their bank accounts. poor executive management communication. very little company updates on the direction of the company. executive management has poor understanding of staff work duties
