      Unfortunately, really hard to list.

      Cons

      Culture is non existent, morale is awful, new CEO is chopping heads left right and centre. Insecurity of staff is at its worst. 4 gone in 4 weeks, who's next?

      Pros

      If you are family and close friends of the founder, you can do whatever you want. HQ has some respectable managers.

      Cons

      A toxic culture of distrust, favoritism and backstabbing - by design and encouraged by top management. Uneducated and unskilled workforce, especially outside of HQ across the regional offices - these independent businesses are continuously near insolvent. Low wages. Wild claims about their market position and customer loyalty. Global regional offices are utilized as an immigration vehicle to transport people out of South Africa. Most of their staff are family and friends of the founder.

      There is really none, cannot think of any.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Head office in S.Africa don't really know what is happening in Australian operation which is alarming. Staff unsure of the policy, procedure and direction of the company. Very unprofessional.

      As of today there are no ''former consultants" in Melbourne who worked there for 3 years and left recently. There were, however, a couple of people in other departments who didn't make it through probation. This is a fake review. SYSPRO APAC HR Manager
