      Pros

      Good environment, office in Warsaw, option to work remotely, from anywhere, working in clear task managements, no overwork, no struggle, gifts for special occasion from the company.

      Cons

      Nepotism. The company decided not to prolong my contract, as my design lead took his friend for my position. In the company law wages, the projects are not interesting, more conventional. They did not even have pro figma account, when I came to the company, they also did not pay me for the last week of work, but head of Polish office, Irina, tried the best to help me. This is outsource company, if you really want to develop your career, it's can be the best place for it.
