      Pros

      Strong autonomy in role, excellent work-from-home flexibility, pro-family culture, and a mission-driven company with great products.

      Cons

      Limited investment in employee growth and management development. Leadership instability and emotionally reactive founders create challenges. High performers often face increased workloads without added support. Company would benefit from refreshed leadership, funding, and meaningful cultural investment.

      Terrible Leadership — Starting with the Founders

      Pros

      Most of the staff, and the education.

      Cons

      The founders take no accountability for their shortcomings but will find someone to blame for business woes. The founders are unqualified, inauthentic, and mostly care about optics. I never want to work for people like them again, and if you were considering joining their team, read deep down within these reviews for truth nuggets about the company. If you're still curious after that, go to LinkedIn and find former people who worked there and ask about the founders. There are better jobs out there, and better people to work for.

      They take a completely new approach to working, with retreats, team lunches, mentor meetings to connect with other departments, and an in office preschool. They support helpful feedback and positive criticism in their environment, and everyone is working to improve. Best workplace.
