      Actual Nightmare

      Pay was slightly above average and the health insurance was affordable.

      Cons

      Horrendously toxic work environment. Inept management at every level. Absent leadership. I saw managers publicly humiliate people during department wide meetings. Coworkers completely bailed on each other with no sense of ownership. I saw people literally working day and night with no concern from management regarding health or wellbeing while other workers barely bothered to show up at all. The work I ended up doing was far different from the job description. An actual nightmare.
